I am a nature lover, adventure seeker and health enthusiast. My passion and purpose as a homeopath, massage therapist, energy medicine practitioner and yoga teacher has allowed me to explore the intricate tapestry of my own life and learn how to support others through the challenges and joys of growth and transformation.
I was intrigued by the yoga practice from a young age and over the past decade have studied various forms of mindfulness, meditation, breath work and yoga, including Hatha, Astanga, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga.
I offer an integrative approach to the yoga practice and aim to create a safe space for you to connect with your body, clear your mind and expand your heart. I integrate alignment principles based on the anatomy and physiology of the body, energy principles based on Eastern philosophies of energy, also known as prana or chi, and embodiment principles to cultivate greater presence and awareness through bodyfulness, heartfulness and mindfulness.
