Hello lovely human, my name is Melissa. I am currently doing my honours in psychology and am a qualified nutritionist and yoga teacher. Over the years health and wellness has become a passion of mine and when I found yoga around five years ago it became a way of dealing with the chronic backache and anxiety I experienced on a daily basis.

It is now an outlet for me to express myself and ensure my body and mind are getting the love they deserve.

I would love nothing more to share this practice and it’s ever changing magic without. Can’t wait to meet you on your mat!
