Meet Tasia, yoga and mindfulness teacher and the founder of The Mindful Movement.
Tasia started her yoga journey in Cape Town in 2010 and was instantaneously hooked.
She began to experience the powerful healing benefits of yoga by integrating mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy into her own life.
This inward transformation left her inspired to share the gift of yoga with others.
A commerce graduate from Stellenbosch University, Tasia has completed various YTT courses, including Advanced Teacher Training with Ana Forrest and most recently Advanced Yoga Psychology with Ashley Turner.
As a heart-centered businesswoman, she is passionate about social impact and curating soul-expansive experiences; always encouraging her students to transform and journey inward.
