We advise having practiced vinyasa yoga before and having a general understanding of postures, however there are no requirements for the course. If you find yourself reading this with an eagerness to learn more about yoga and feel drawn to its practice, then you’re the perfect fit.
During the course, you will be required to attend lectures on Fridays, 6:30-8:30pm, Saturdays, 10am-5pm and Sundays 7:30am-3:30pm on lecture weekends. These lectures will include two vinyasa yoga classes that are compulsory to attend.
Outside of lecture hours our requirements include two extra vinyasa classes a week – these can be done in a yoga studio or on an online platform, a sadhana journal with an hour logged each week and two hours of anatomy self-study weekly. There are also additional compulsory reading materials as well as recommended reading materials for the course which will be given to you before the start of the training.
